Our sea moss gel is made with Spring Water and Eucheuma Sea moss that is harvested from the fresh waters of St. Lucia. All of our gel is cooked so purple sea moss will turn brown when heat is applied. Sea moss gel has many benefits and can be added to smoothies, tea, coffee, soup, and/or just consume it without mixing with anything!  We recommend 1-2 Tablespoons per day.
